Return, Exchange, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Key Points

  • Return Period: 3 days from the date of receiving the product.

  • Exchange Period: 7 days from the date of receiving the product.

  • Condition: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, health or personal care products, hazardous materials, custom-made products, and other items listed below.

  • Return Shipping: If the order was delivered correctly and in good condition, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Returns

The return period is 3 days only from the date of receiving the product. After this period, we cannot accept a return request or provide a refund.

Conditions for accepting returns:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (such as food or flowers).

  • Health or personal care products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Products that are custom-made or personalized at the customer’s request.

Partial refunds may be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Exchanges

Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days from the date of receiving the product in the following cases:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request:

  • If approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within a specified time frame.

  • Discounted or sale items are not eligible for refunds; refunds apply only to regular-priced items.


Delayed Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is posted.

  3. If you still have not received your refund after this, please contact us at [email protected].


Shipping

To return a product, please send it to:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For products valued over 300 SAR, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
